Review Time
Today, Wednesday 25th February, I contacted Onward Homes regarding an issue with my boiler pilot light and the lack of hot water. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jane, and I cannot praise her highly enough.
Jane was extremely helpful, patient and understanding throughout our conversation. She listened carefully to my concerns and dealt with the matter efficiently and professionally. What stood out most was the way she made me feel valued and important as a tenant, rather than just another call to handle.
Jane is a real credit to Onward Homes. Her excellent customer service, kindness and reassurance made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

just been on to Onward Homes Contact centre speaking to Jayne. I dont usually do reviews but felt the help and support given by Jayne was excellent and i felt she went above and beyond helping to resolve my enquiry. My mum age 94 has finally had to sell her house in Penwortham and move to a care home. She has loved the Onward site and has finally decided to let others look after her while she decides on her next shopping trip!

The handler was helpful , polite and friendly. She provided all information in a timely manner and helped me resolve my issue quickly.she was very professional and brought me peace of mind after a stressful situation.
I'd give them none of possible. When the put a new bathroom in my house of now 29 years my 5 year old sat on the toilet and it came of the wall.
Lucky enough didn't harm her. But when they came out I was told that rhe toilet was never attached to a stud in the wall just plaster. Heard other tenants says the same bait their bathroom suites were I I've.
Now I have a fake wall I had a boiler in. It collapsed and now they won't take blame even though I've told them in the past it needs repairing before it got to this. I have electric wires from that fake plaster wall ate now in a box in the middle of my daughters bedroom. They are beyound a joke. There is now one we're I live here who doesn't have damp problems with their boilers ans Jon's that do not get carried out.
I have now emailed to complaints as they don't tell you about complaints or deal with it. Worse housing I've ever known on my life.
The team that came to handle a few repairs performed exceptionally well. They were very thorough and successfully completed my job after a previous faulty repair. Really pleasant individuals. I'm extremely satisfied with the repair. Great service, especially after needing to redo a prior job!
