Placed an order for a stash tool as a birthday gift which said it was in-stock and available for dispatch the following day. Received no dispatch update by the end of the week, giving the benefit of the doubt of being busy, sent an email and no response. Checked the website and saw the item was out of stock. Checked a few days later and saw it was back in stock, sent another email with no response. Called the store and was told they couldn't help me. After a 3rd email I got a short response saying the item was missing and they would give a refund. I responded immediately to say they are showing in stock so please just ship the goods, yet again no response. Yet again sent more emails, after the 3rd got a response saying the item was missing and they are unable to obtain them anymore so a refund should have been done. Meanwhile the item is still listed as in stock and available for dispatch on the website!
