Review Time
All was going well until I cancelled order .
I had ordered bike for my boy but he changed his mind so after a few phone calls as nobody seems to answer emails it was sorted easy . But my friend went to order same bike for her son and it had gone up by £200 so I emailed them as i didn't want to pay extra no reply so in a panic cancelled order completely my friend didn't order either . Anyway after few phone calls as emails not answered and live chat just a bot finally got refund minus £209 which i don't know why? The bike was cancelled day it was reordered so it wasn't as if it had been built and had to be delivered back . When im ready to but I won't use this company again definitely not
