Ordered a bike through the bike scheme and waited 2 months patiently, received no communication explain if there was a bike shortage or anything. I visited the Burnley store and 1 member of staff was very rude to to me, telling me my order would not be processed and physically threw my bike scheme order voucher at me. I'd of been understanding if he just explained the situation rather than being rude and not interested.
