Ordered a tubless valve on 27th Dec. Said it would be despatched in 5th January. I queried on the 10th, emailed but no reply so phoned. Was told it would be delivered in a day or so. It didn’t arrive. I sourced the valve elsewhere and emailed to cancel the order. Received no reply. Then got an email at the start of Feb saying it had been dispatched. I emailed again to remind them I had cancelled the order. Still no reply.!
