UPDATE: They requested more information, which I provided, but there's still no resolution! Save yourself the trouble! The suitcase is great, but the warranty process is frustrating. Someone needs to review the warranty process and the slow response times on messaging. I'm tired of the delays and broken links, and after following up, they say the link worked. I initially submitted the warranty on September 20, and as of October 14, it still hasn’t been addressed. With so many suitcase options with lifetime warranties, this experience isn’t worth it.
