I’ve been traveling frequently with this cabin luggage for a year. One front wheel broke, but the warranty came through! I was very pleased with their prompt service. Within 4 days, I received a replacement for the same cabin luggage. 😃 Thank you! 💙
UPDATE: They requested more information, which I provided, but there's still no resolution! Save yourself the trouble! The suitcase is great, but the warranty process is frustrating. Someone needs to review the warranty process and the slow response times on messaging. I'm tired of the delays and broken links, and after following up, they say the link worked. I initially submitted the warranty on September 20, and as of October 14, it still hasn’t been addressed. With so many suitcase options with lifetime warranties, this experience isn’t worth it.
I will comment on the products once I’ve used them. Waiting a week for a response to six messages regarding an issue is disappointing. I expected better. I wouldn’t recommend them due to unresolved issues. Updated on September 25 after receiving a reply. I sent the promised photos and have followed up with five more messages since then, but I haven’t received any further response.
