I placed an order weeks ago and was informed it had shipped. After a longer wait than expected, I reached out to the company for an update. They provided a tracking number that showed no progress. A few days later, they claimed a replacement had been sent, but nothing arrived again. I regularly receive deliveries without issues, so this isn't a local delivery problem. By now, the item was no longer needed, so I requested a refund. Instead of assistance, I was told to contact my local post office, which made no sense since the parcel never reached them. Communication has since ceased entirely. I ordered well in advance for a special occasion, and this experience has been both disappointing and frustrating. I've wasted time chasing updates that led nowhere. I'm still waiting for my refund and wouldn't recommend this service based on my experience.
