I placed an order several weeks ago and was informed it had been dispatched. After waiting longer than anticipated, I reached out to the company for an update. They provided a tracking number, but it showed no movement at all.
A few days later, I was told a replacement had been sent, yet once again, nothing arrived. I frequently receive deliveries at my address without issues, so this situation is clearly not due to my local delivery service.
By this time, the item was no longer needed, so I requested a refund. Rather than assisting me, I was told to contact my local post office, which made no sense since the parcel never reached them initially. Since then, all communication has ceased.
This order was placed well ahead of a special occasion, and the entire experience has been both disappointing and frustrating. I’ve spent a lot of time chasing updates that led nowhere. I’m still waiting for my refund and would not recommend this company based on my experience.
I received an email stating my parcel was on its way. After a few days, I contacted the company, and they provided a different tracking number. Later, they claimed another parcel had been dispatched, which also never arrived. When I requested to cancel my order and get a refund, I was directed to my local post office, which is completely false. We regularly receive parcels through the postal service, and this was the only one that never showed up. I placed this order nearly two months ago for my daughter’s birthday, hoping to give it to her for Christmas, but it still hasn’t arrived. Now I’m waiting for my refund, and they have stopped responding. This has been a complete waste of my time, and I wouldn’t recommend this service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered in July 2021 and never received my order. After contacting them for over a year, I was repeatedly told it was with a courier, but nothing was ever sent. Eventually, they admitted there were delays due to the pandemic and stated I wasn't entitled to a refund despite never receiving my order. I am utterly appalled by this service.
This has been a truly dreadful experience. They take customers' money and provide awful customer service. They completely ignored my inquiries for three months while making empty promises. Their website is now down, which is no surprise.
