I received an email stating my parcel was on its way. After a few days, I contacted the company, and they provided a different tracking number. Later, they claimed another parcel had been dispatched, which also never arrived. When I requested to cancel my order and get a refund, I was directed to my local post office, which is completely false. We regularly receive parcels through the postal service, and this was the only one that never showed up. I placed this order nearly two months ago for my daughter’s birthday, hoping to give it to her for Christmas, but it still hasn’t arrived. Now I’m waiting for my refund, and they have stopped responding. This has been a complete waste of my time, and I wouldn’t recommend this service.
