I ordered pens two weeks ago and received tracking information five days later, indicating they had left the UK for the USA. I contacted the company and was given tracking details stating the item had been dispatched that day. Ten days later, there was still no update. I emailed them asking for the item's whereabouts and expected delivery times, but their response was merely to check the tracking details. I asked the same question again but have yet to receive a reply, my item, or a refund. I've given up on this and recommend avoiding this service to save your time and money.
