I placed an order several weeks ago and was informed it had been dispatched. After waiting longer than anticipated, I reached out to the company for an update. They provided a tracking number, but it showed no movement at all.
A few days later, I was told a replacement had been sent, yet once again, nothing arrived. I frequently receive deliveries at my address without issues, so this situation is clearly not due to my local delivery service.
By this time, the item was no longer needed, so I requested a refund. Rather than assisting me, I was told to contact my local post office, which made no sense since the parcel never reached them initially. Since then, all communication has ceased.
This order was placed well ahead of a special occasion, and the entire experience has been both disappointing and frustrating. I’ve spent a lot of time chasing updates that led nowhere. I’m still waiting for my refund and would not recommend this company based on my experience.
