Package is been re processed and u will be sent new code "and of course. "You will be charged a fee."Still no code.Email them againReply: Ignore that email it's a automatic email. Summary:I have been charged for using one storage unit that was never used. Im also been charged penalty as my "package" was never collected.Package is still missingCustomer care, possibly the worst. They just fob u off and reply hours after each email.Did I say AVOID AVOID AVOID
