They quickly located my parcel, added my OOH ID, and had it stored in the locker ready for me to collect.For anyone new to the service: make sure to include your OOH ID on the delivery address rather than just your name - though as the team reassured me, most customers simply use their name without any issues.Highly recommend OOHPod for parcel deliveries.
