I am going to escalate what happened to me and my family because this is not acceptable and will file a complaint or case against them if my issue did not get resolved today, do not play with me. I Purchased my tickets two months ago and didn't make any change, got the confirmation and all good. Now two days before my departure, Oojo cancelled my whole reservation UV246J, 4 flights, round trip for 4 passengers, without even notifying me or asking for my permission (cancelled flights that do not even cross by the middle east, so it's not due to the consequences). I am 100% sure that one of the employees gave up my seats to someone who paid that employee. Talked to more than 15 oojo customer service representatives and they were all rude and didn't help me at all and none of them had an explanation. Then finally, I was able to change my reservation for different times but same flight days as before. The next morning, they cancelled everything one more time, this is a scam, do not fly through them if you don't want your money to be stolen. They told me that the airline cancelled the flights, but I called the airline directly and they said that Oojo did cancel everything without permission, other people on my flight still have their tickets. This is a scam and I am not staying silent. I want the seats that I purchased on the dates that I selected two months ago.

I would appreciate if the company reaches out to me directly to resolve this issue and ensure I receive the service I paid for, as my booking was cancelled multiple times without clear communication or accountability.
