I have made several attempts over the last two days to reach Oojo customer service, but have not been able to get through.
I have a flight from Bangalore to New York with a connecting flight in Dubai (Emirates).
I have tried calling Oojo customer service multiple times, but no one has answered my calls.
Emirates has announced options to request a refund or change the flight for travelers impacted by the ongoing crisis in the Middle East. They have advised me to contact Oojo, as the booking was made through them.
My flight is scheduled within the next 12 hours, and Oojo has not responded to my calls, live chat messages, or emails. I urgently need assistance.
Note: Below response from Oojo is related to their email communication an hour ago that they are NOT aware of any flight disruptions in Dubai until further notice. When whole world and Emirates has updated about cancellations in their official website

Wasted hours getting an emergency flight overseas.
When unsatisfied, the return oolicy is 4-6 weeks! For a multiple thousand dollar ticket.
Caveat emptor
I purchased a flexible flight and paid extra for the OOJO Essential package because it stated the ticket could be cancelled for a fee and included VIP support. When I requested a refund, my request was declined without a clear explanation. Why was I charged for the Essential package if its benefits were not honored? Although the package advertised VIP support, the team took 3–4 days to respond and nearly a week to provide an unexpected decision.
Mr.Onah Lelouch called me immediately after I booked my flight to finds ways to lower the price of my ticket. Also, he was kind and took the time to explain to me everything I need to know to make my booking experience easy and stress free.
My experience with Oojo was extremely frustrating. I faced a £200 penalty for cancelling my ticket, and the cost of a new ticket was higher than if I had bought one from scratch. When I tried to change my ticket and reached out about their refund policy, I learned my ticket was non-refundable, and I couldn't get anything back. To top it off, they ignored my last email. I strongly advise caution for anyone considering their services.
Toshiba Hussain provided outstanding customer service. He was professional, kind, and went above and beyond by helping me get a discounted flight rate even after I had already purchased higher-priced tickets. The experience was amazing, and I’m excited to book my future flights with Ojoo. Thank you for such great service!

Very pleased with Toshiba, the agent who assisted me in our booking. He provided me with sufficient information and assured me of the services of OOJO. He was very efficient and meticulous with the details, which gives me the peace of mind as a traveller. Looking forward to a smooth travel.
The representative did a fantastic job, guiding us through the entire process and patiently addressing all our questions. He was especially helpful during the delay in receiving the confirmation. Overall, it was a pleasant experience working with him.
I urge everyone to steer clear of this website as the service is extremely unsatisfactory, with a staff that struggles with English. I ended up losing my ticket due to incorrect information. They attempted to call me while I was busy, which led to them changing my flight date without refunding my money.
