They do not answer WhatsApp, the chat function redirects to an email that will be answered hours later and the wait time for calling was over an hour before I gave up. I have exchanged no less than 35 mails from various people making nonsensical excuses to avoid a refund including claiming I was lying about trying to call them. They are unreachable and therefore a scam business.
