I signed up for service for my restaurant in October, but it has never worked properly. Despite many calls for help, the issues persist, preventing customers from reaching us. While we can make some calls, many numbers are unreachable, leading to lost revenue. The company claims transferring numbers takes time and offers a free month, but a whole month passed without proper service. They show little interest in resolving issues while quickly accepting payments. Although the service is priced at $19 monthly, I've been charged varying amounts each month and faced multiple charges. Canceling has been a struggle, and I'm still stuck.
