tried ooma for 4 days...family and friends reported infinite loop routing that only hapens for some callers but is mission critical so not acceptable... after 4 days of trouble shooting with help desk that had almost 0 technical knowlege i attemped to cancel "free trial" only to find on top of a activation fee they charged me not only for my free month but for the following month as well... then they disallow cancel on website and force users to do extended cancelation survey and wait for refund.. service was bad, quality was horrible no value and appears to be 100% a scam from my point of view... bad business stay away!!
