I contacted customer service because my oven wouldn’t ignite with the gas attachment. Customer service was extremely prompt and helping me troubleshoot the problem and determine that it was the knob. Customer service promptly sent a new knob. I am extremely satisfied. I can’t wait to use my oven again.
I emailed support at 8pm about a broken gas knob and stone on a 5 year old oven and they responded within an hour and had a replacement parts shipped out immediately. The support at Ooni is unbelievably good!
During the holidays the Stone from our 1.5 years old Koda 16 cracked while heating. Got in touch with the customer Service and received a new delivery confirmation email even before a reply, the next day. Followed by an extremely polite and personal response from Jerald, who even included some helpful information regarding the treatment of the stone and some new and fancy pizza recipes. I’m truly impressed by this first class service performance! Many thanks, again.
By the way, my brother and a friend are using the Koda 16, too, our attorney the new Koda max. and another friend the smaller one on his Balcony. We’re all Ooni fans. Their ovens are great, especially for garden parties or just to quickly feed the family with a fresh homemade and healthy Pizza. This service experience now proves that we chose the company with the same love to Pizza!
