Celebration Promoted, Yet Reality Tells a Different Story

Recently, a celebration was promoted in my neighborhood for a significant milestone in social housing leadership. While the company seems to take pride in this achievement, tenants might have a different perspective. Based on my experiences, they are not the exceptional landlords they portray themselves to be. Interactions with them have been quite challenging. I would caution anyone thinking of moving to this area to reconsider renting from this service, as it could lead to an unpleasant experience!

Celebration Promoted, Yet Reality Differs

I would advise anyone considering a move to this area to think twice about renting from this service, as it could result in a disappointing experience!

If I Could, I'd Rate Zero Stars

If I could, I’d give a zero-star rating. Their practices are extremely poor and customer service is nonexistent. They collect your service charge but provide only frustration and no resolution when issues are raised. Very disappointing!

Not Reliable or Honest

This organization does not stand for Reliability, Honesty, or Presence, but rather the opposite. They should recognize the serious disservice they are causing while profiting from this disgrace. It would be beneficial for residents to have a dedicated Customer Support Agent available on-site for meaningful discussions about issues and a Building Manager instead of this ineffective team concept. Their operations are far from legal.

Stairwell Lighting Issue Ignored

The communal stairwell lighting has been out for over a week. I've made numerous calls and sent emails. My elderly disabled father lives with me, which the company is aware of. I explained that in an emergency, I wouldn't be able to safely get him out of the building due to the darkness. Their latest response was that if the contractors have time, they might come by. This should be treated as an emergency, as it is the only exit. They are endangering my father's safety and that of other tenants.

Promises Unfulfilled for Kitchen Upgrade

I was assured a new kitchen worktop last year after an inspection, but since then, I've been denied despite the current one being scratched and damaged. My kitchen is 22 years old, and I've been told to wait until 2029 for a review, with no guarantee of an upgrade. There was also a distressing incident where contractors caused significant damage to my home, forcing me to live in temporary accommodation. I now suffer from PTSD due to this experience. The lack of respect for my home and privacy is unacceptable, and the promised upgrades have been canceled.

Repairs Never Completed

When repair appointments are made, no one shows up, and there’s no communication about cancellations. It’s a nightmare trying to get anything fixed. I reached out to customer service, who promised a call from the repairs department to reschedule, but shockingly, no one has contacted me.

Delusions of Grandeur

The company put up an advertisement in my building for a party celebrating their 25 years of expertise in social housing. Are they serious? They see themselves as wonderful, but from the tenants' perspective, they are nightmarish landlords. I would not recommend renting from this service to anyone considering a move to the area, as it may lead to a terrible experience.

Severe Disappointment with Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. My apartment has serious black mould and water damage that has not been addressed despite multiple reports. The mould continues to spread, and there has been no meaningful response from the company. I took a day off work for a scheduled inspection, but no one showed up, and there was no communication. I am now living in unacceptable conditions and have had health issues as a result. I am considering legal action and advise others to avoid properties linked to this company.

No Toilet or Drainage for Days

It's Monday morning and we have been without a toilet or sinks since Friday. I have contacted the company 15-20 times, and they promised emergency repairs multiple times, yet no one has come. The main pipe in the building is blocked. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I feel unheard.
