I’m very disappointed with this experience. I ordered a bracelet as a Christmas gift and opted for expedited shipping to ensure it arrived on time. However, I didn’t realize that “expedited shipping” is meaningless if the seller takes an eternity to fulfill the order.
Due to the significant delay on their part, the bracelet arrived after Christmas, which completely undermined the reason for paying extra. I’ve returned the item, but I’m still out the money spent on expedited shipping — for a service that clearly was not provided.
If you’re going to charge customers for quicker shipping, you need to ensure timely fulfillment. At the very least, be honest on your website about whether items will arrive in time for the holidays. This was frustrating, misleading, and a waste of money. I would not recommend engaging with this seller.
