The earrings were beautifully packaged and the quality of the product is exactly as described. The earrings were a bit different from what I imagined so I reached out to the customer service. They made it sure that I am completely happy with the purchase and gave me a few options to address the issue. OOTDY is a wonderful jewelry company with which the business doesn’t ends with just one purchase. They clearly care about each customer experience, and I rarely see that from online retailers. Highly recommend OOTDY!
Ordered on 2/09/2026 and it was supposed to be expedited shipping, “3-7 days”. Today is 2/21/2026 and have not received an update when I reach out. Horrible experience.
My first experience with ootdy has been great! The pieces I ordered came neatly packaged. Unfortunately, they were a little bigger than I thought and didn’t fit my ears properly. I reached out and their customer service team was quick to respond and so helpful! I will definitely order again!
My 5 star rating is based on the Customer Service I received from the OOTDY Customer Service Team. Kathy responded to my emails within 1 day and addressed my problems with care. Alternate return/credit options were made available to meet my needs. Return instructions were easy to follow AND I was credited the full amount of my purchase (minus shipping) within 7 days! The return address is located in Palo Alto, CA.
For me, the earrings were just too small unfortunately. They were cute, but my earlobes are just too thick.
Shipping does take a while, so if you order, be patient; they’ll arrive soon. Tracking indicated the earrings origin was China.
I had been looking for little earrings for my second piercings. All of them would tarnish and look greenish in a month. So I decided to pay a little extra 69$ vs $20. And they are beautiful shiny and cute for 3 months now. I have never taken them off since. I can't wait to by some other pieces.
I’m very disappointed with this experience. I ordered a bracelet as a Christmas gift and opted for expedited shipping to ensure it arrived on time. However, I didn’t realize that “expedited shipping” is meaningless if the seller takes an eternity to fulfill the order.
Due to the significant delay on their part, the bracelet arrived after Christmas, which completely undermined the reason for paying extra. I’ve returned the item, but I’m still out the money spent on expedited shipping — for a service that clearly was not provided.
If you’re going to charge customers for quicker shipping, you need to ensure timely fulfillment. At the very least, be honest on your website about whether items will arrive in time for the holidays. This was frustrating, misleading, and a waste of money. I would not recommend engaging with this seller.
