Alternate return/credit options were made available to meet my needs. Return instructions were easy to follow AND I was credited the full amount of my purchase (minus shipping) within 7 days! The return address is located in Palo Alto, CA.
For me, the earrings were just too small unfortunately. They were cute, but my earlobes are just too thick.
Shipping does take a while, so if you order, be patient; they’ll arrive soon. Tracking indicated the earrings origin was China.
