I have been using OpenArt for a while and generally find it useful, however I recently experienced a serious issue with credits. The platform clearly stated that a specific action would cost 60 credits, but approximately 2,000 credits were deducted from my account instead.
I contacted support via email but have not received any response in over 24 hours. This is both a technical error and a transparency issue. I hope the team resolves this quickly, as it damages trust in the platform.
Still waiting for a solution.
