They ask for your passport number and or, Spanish ID, then they ask you to take a photo of your document but it’s not clear which one. Then they ask you to take a “video” selfie. What they mean is a “photo” selfie. If you make the wrong choice, you’re blocked.Having tried to do the process and failed, I was blocked and told to contact the helpline, via email.
