I am under contract to close on a house purchase this week. I need cash for closing and transferred MY money from my OpenBank HYS account to the external bank account linked to my account. IT DID NOT ARRIVE!!!!
I spent over 75 minutes and 2 days on the phone with OpenBank representatives only to have the "manager" refuse to even expedite the claim... much less remedy this situation.
I am halfway out of my home with a closing date on what is supposed to be my new home in 3 days, and OpenBank has lost my money!!!!!! And without a care!
DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS INSTITUTION!!!!!
