Ordered an Apple Watch through Best Buy Canada Marketplace from seller “OpenBox,”December 22, 2025 thinking of was an open box from BestBuy not a 3rd party and the parcel arrived with no Apple Watch and no retail box — only cardboard filler inside.I reported the issue immediately and provided photo and video evidence, including opening the package and bringing it to a Best Buy store the same day. The seller initially responded but then requested a serial number, which is impossible to provide since there was no product included.On January 14, they stated the request was “being reviewed by management.” It is now February 16, and there has been no resolution, no timeline, and no meaningful update.
