Ordered an Apple Watch through Best Buy Canada Marketplace from seller “OpenBox,”December 22, 2025 t

Ordered an Apple Watch through Best Buy Canada Marketplace from seller “OpenBox,”December 22, 2025 thinking of was an open box from BestBuy not a 3rd party and the parcel arrived with no Apple Watch and no retail box — only cardboard filler inside.

I reported the issue immediately and provided photo and video evidence, including opening the package and bringing it to a Best Buy store the same day. The seller initially responded but then requested a serial number, which is impossible to provide since there was no product included.

On January 14, they stated the request was “being reviewed by management.” It is now February 16, and there has been no resolution, no timeline, and no meaningful update.

Empty parcel - stay clear

Poor quality

Hello, I wanted to warn people about this site. I bought a laptop and an iPhone, but I wanted to share that they do not use authentic Apple batteries. The phone I bought isn't an Apple battery, as the battery health shows, so I have to replace the battery. I will not be buying from here again. On a side note, the laptop works fin,e so I don't have a problem with that

They refuse to ship to your home, but don't tell you that

I only found out that they don't send packages to your home after they created a shipping label. Even prior to that I emailed them about Canada Post delivery due to the strike and they said nothing. The package hadn't been picked up by Canada Post so I emailed them and demanded that they deliver it to me. They refused and took no responsibility for their policy but blamed Canada Post. (My postal worker says Canada Post does not endorse this)Did they reach out and ask me why? No. So, in order to get my package, I had to send a friend via taxi to get it. I could have ordered the exact same thing elsewhere for close to the same price and it would have been delivered, hassle free, to my home the next day.

USE CAUTION

ONLY BUY IN PERSON! Buying from OpenBox online is Russian Roulette.They aren't some scam front or anything of that nature- seems to me they are just a very unorganized company. Twice I was sent the wrong item, and the customer service is virtually non-existent. 2 weeks to get a reply via email, with a ton of spelling/grammar errors. Absolutely pathetic.

Bought an iPad 10th gen for a brilliant…

Bought an iPad 10th gen for a brilliant deal. It literally took 5 days if that to be delivered. The condition was listed as fair. I was very pleasantly surprised, just a little squish on the box that is barely noticeable and the iPad is mint looks brand new, came with the usual stuff all new. So pleased will def buy from here again. Based in Calgary.

I bought an iPhone from them and paid for express 3 days shipping, it’s been 5 days and my order hasn’t been shipped yet. No communication on their part and impossible to call them.

Lies!!

Lies!!! Took weeks of calling and emailing to get them on the phone.I think the guy accidently answered and just kept lying! Said he would overnight my order for the 3 week delay. Then a few days later they sent a refund and no reason for it.
