They refuse to ship to your home, but don't tell you that

I only found out that they don't send packages to your home after they created a shipping label. Even prior to that I emailed them about Canada Post delivery due to the strike and they said nothing. The package hadn't been picked up by Canada Post so I emailed them and demanded that they deliver it to me. They refused and took no responsibility for their policy but blamed Canada Post. (My postal worker says Canada Post does not endorse this)Did they reach out and ask me why? No. So, in order to get my package, I had to send a friend via taxi to get it. I could have ordered the exact same thing elsewhere for close to the same price and it would have been delivered, hassle free, to my home the next day.
