I was advised that she needed to conduct her research more thoroughly. The property has different square footage and unique features that were not considered. The representative's response was simply, 'I have to unsubscribe you.' If the company aims to succeed in the housing market, they should reconsider having employees like her. Excluding customers is not what the company should be doing.
