I bought a property, an apt in Clearwater, Florida in December 2024 from Opendoor Property Trust I, with Title & Escrow OSN National. I bought the apt mostly to rent it. I used a real estate agent I bought another property in October 2024. Since I was living and working abroad, and did not have anyone to check the property, I trusted the real agent who lied to me. She did not share the rules of property which does not allow the owner to rent the apt within the first year. However, this review is for the seller. I have been working abroad for years, and it was my first-time buying property US. I bought the first apt through an individual and when I was looking for another apt, I learned that there are companies that buy and sell properties as is the case of my second apt. I would never recommend buying anything form a business. I have paid so much money in 2025 and this year too to fix issues, such as AC outside of the building and inside too, the grinder, dishwasher, etc. The Opendoor Property Trust I do not do a fair business at all. I think the only thing that drives them is profit since they did not bother to check the apt when they bought it a few months before they sold it to me, away much cheaper, you can check the history.
