I have been trying to get in touch since September 24th and have sent four emails without receiving any response. I am very disappointed by the lack of communication.I received my order on September 12, 2025, and was concerned upon delivery: the box had no ice remaining, and 13 items were completely thawed while the others were still frozen. Although you replaced the 13 thawed items, I am now worried the entire package may have been spoiled.I followed the recommended 10-day gradual switch when introducing the food to my puppy. Unfortunately, she began experiencing loose bowel movements and continued to have them for 12 days. This raises serious concerns about the safety and quality of the product I received.I am leaving a two-star review at this time, primarily because I have made multiple attempts to reach your team since September 24th with no acknowledgment.
