Warning! Tickets not received.

I caution others! I did not receive my tickets. When I arrived to board the ferry in New Zealand, I was told to buy new tickets because the service never provided the ones I had already paid for (I had purchased three). Their support team has not replied to my inquiries over the last two weeks. I will not use this service again.
