It was very easy to book this trip!
Everything is very clear and leads you step by step through the booking experience.
But.....my camper is at the garage now too hopefully get fixed next week.
The alternator has broken down, so it will take some time before I can travel again.
I want to cancel my trip, I tried it for days, but I keep getting redirected back to the booking page. An email address where I could get help to cancel my trip is out of order, so I can't proceed. This means I can't cancel my trip...

Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability We booked ferry tickets through a platform. Just a day before our departure, the outbound trip was cancelled, completely throwing off our travel plans. Despite this being beyond our control, we did not receive any refund for the return trip, as it was managed by a different operator. What made this situation particularly frustrating was the platform’s inadequate support and lack of responsibility. Communication was slow and unhelpful. It took them several days to inform us that a refund was not an option, without timely notice that a date change might have been feasible. When we were finally notified—only two days before the trip—that changing the date was theoretically possible, we promptly requested to postpone. Instead of actively checking availability (considering ferries are often fully booked), they merely stalled the conversation and failed to take action. Their later response cited office hours and timing issues, even though the situation was urgent due to the cancellation of the outbound journey. Ultimately, we were informed they could not assist because the return sailing had already departed—a situation that could have been avoided with timely and proactive support. We feel systematically treated unfairly and abandoned with the financial loss. Repeated apologies without solutions do not constitute customer service. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this platform and would strongly suggest booking directly with ferry operators instead.

Warning! Tickets not received.

I caution others! I did not receive my tickets. When I arrived to board the ferry in New Zealand, I was told to buy new tickets because the service never provided the ones I had already paid for (I had purchased three). Their support team has not replied to my inquiries over the last two weeks. I will not use this service again.

Efficient booking process, but...

The booking process was quite efficient, but after downloading the app, I couldn't access my trip. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, yet the issue persists. It's quite frustrating.
