Here in Northern Germany. I signed a contract for a fibre connection that was intended for my aunt, who is living in a house that legally belongs to my sister and me. After signing the contract my aunt fell seriously ill and won't be able to use an internet connection anymore. I'm trying for weeks now to get OpenInfra to show some flexibility by letting us out of the contract (2 weeks of rightful cancelation period already expired unfortunately). But not only is the only person that I'm in mail contact with, unable or unwilling to do anything, I also only get back mails in swedish when trying to contact them. Phone numbers are not reachable, no contact to superiors or a complaints section is given. The only thing they seem to be able to do is to hold on by any means to their contract (which obviously is their legal right) and to send out invoices about a contract cancellation fee, even though I didn't even cancel the contract formally. Additionally, the cancellation fee is higher than what they would have charged for a successful installation of the fibre connection.
