I have reached out multiple times requesting a leader to discuss my experience with the service. I was assured that someone would return my call, but as of now, no one has contacted me. My initial call was on 12/22/25, and I have followed up several times since. Now, I've been informed that the pharmacy that provided the medications will reach out to me instead of a representative from the company. Overall, the customer service has been very disappointing.
