Greet demonstrated a deep understanding and communicated effectively. I'm thrilled to receive the extra components of the medication, such as the NAD and B12. It's also more affordable compared to other providers, offering greater value! I'm looking forward to trying Agile.
I have reached out multiple times requesting a leader to discuss my experience with the service. I was assured that someone would return my call, but as of now, no one has contacted me. My initial call was on 12/22/25, and I have followed up several times since. Now, I've been informed that the pharmacy that provided the medications will reach out to me instead of a representative from the company. Overall, the customer service has been very disappointing.
Great experience from start to finish, the facility was really nice and the MRI technician was super friendly. The MRI itself was easy and comfortable, results easy to navigate on the website, and the NP I spoke with tonight was very friendly and made sure I had no questions before we hung up.
Everyone did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The nurse that called me was lovely but also had a very thick accent making it hard to understand some of what she was saying would be only criticism. Again very nice and thorough just challenging to understand some of the things said.
