The engineer who came was absolutely superb,even though on arrival discovering the installation wasn't straightforward at all and required a great deal of extra work.
He and a colleague who had to be called due to the complications of the installation carried it out efficiently and as quickly as possible, even though it required them getting very wet in the rain.
I really and truthfully could not compliment them enough.
