The advertising and management of enquiries is largely good.
I would strongly recommend avoiding the rent now service. The way the damage deposit is managed via mydeposits is really poor. Only gives you the option to put 5 line items in on the claim, up to the value of the deposit, then won't allow you to put in any more and apportions the values based on what you have entered. So a £1200 claim, against a £650 deposit, ends up with the tenant getting ~£250 back. Really poor and as a landlord I would advise avoiding
