They customer service agents are rude I don’t understand how would you laugh at your client, then forward my phone call to someone else who would laugh again like it’s all plan I’m like these guys are a joke then out flat tells me it’s nothing they would do about a late fee that’s 49 bucks after I repeatedly told them I thought it was on auto pay I didn’t receive any notification reminders.,
