Erroneous No-Show charge

I made a restaurant booking through Open Table, attended on time and paid the bill in full before leaving. Later that day, I received an email from Open Table saying I was a No-Show. I replied to the contrary and they replied they would resolve with the restaurant. However I have now been charged £20 - presumably a No-Show fee. This is completely incorrect and I was not advised of it when they emailed me. I can find no way of contacting them. As the other posts show, this is a dreadful service.
