Dishonest site. No possibilities to contact them. Charged for no show but we were there. Scandalous service. This is a scam.

It is a scum

Very dissapointed becouse they never tell you that you have to pay £ 1900 if you cancel the contract and the reason of cancel the contract if that you are not getting customers from open table. Before you sign the contract they ONLY tell you that you can cancel the conrtact anytimeONE STAR IS TO MUCH FOR THIS APP

This Company is a very dishonest

This Company is a very dishonest. I had them remove reservations and bill me just for the core contract. But they bill me so much even when i had cancelled the online reservations.Please there are a lot of other honest companies to do a better job for you.

Do not work with them.

They make you stay with them for 6 months until you can leave and make you pay £150 a month plus £2 per cover for nothing as they don’t even help you get dinners. When you ask to leave they say you’ve to pay for the months left, when they are not doing anything to help you or brining income like promised. If anything lose more money. When someone contacted us as we wanted to leave they showed us marketing things they use and charge even more per cover! So wanting further money from us. As we are a small family restaurant this is beyond a joke as some of our customers come in for just coffee and cake so we are not earning anything if we have to pay them per month as well as per cover. They just want you to sign up and pay, they don’t care about the smell businesses. Definitely not helpful for small businesses and there are a lot cheaper apps out there. Over the next 5 months we have to pay £800 for nothing, we feel lied to and disappointed that this compay would treat small business like that. Would give 0 starts if we could. Awful and I can’t wait till we can finally leave.

Used to be pretty good back in the day

Used to be pretty good back in the day, but support is now non existent. I accumulated a lot of points with them and then finally applied for my reward. They never sent the email and I can't access the reward through the website either. Phone support will not connect and says you must use chat. Chat support literally does not work. Terrible company these days.

Favourite Restaurant

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in (Baden-Württemberg). The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat.
