Generally plenty of stock, website is nice and easy to navigate and search, orders always arrive promptly and well packaged but most importantly they are one of if not THE most competitively priced
The shopping experience was exactly what you’d expect from Wayland, and I’ve no complaints there. My only issue was with the Warcradle kit itself as it was a real pain to assemble. Compared with other MDF kits, this one felt a bit rough‑and‑ready. Quite a few pieces weren’t fully cut through, which caused some breakages and generally slowed down the build.
That said, for the price you do get a substantial amount of usable terrain, and once it’s finally assembled it looks great on the table — especially for industrial or near‑future skirmish games. Just be prepared: the delicate cuts and incomplete laser work mean you’ll need patience, a sharp scalpel, and possibly some PVA on hand for repairs.
My experience with Wayland Games was absolutely brilliant. The packaging was top-notch, and the items arrived in perfect condition and much faster than expected. Their prices are very competitive and customer service is incredibly helpful. Truly one of the best in the gaming industry—highly recommended, they definitely deserve 5 stars!

The price is competitive, the free delivery really helps, and the whole process was very easy. I wish there were more stock for the older products buts that's an issue from the supplier rather than wayland games
My experience has been very frustrating; the delivery team used a postal service that ended up losing my package. Now, the company is refusing to issue a refund. They mentioned it would take about a week, but it's been nearly four weeks since the problem occurred. I will not be ordering from them again.
In the past, I faced difficulties with the service. However, I heard that things had significantly improved. It turns out that is completely accurate. My order was dispatched the same day and arrived the following day. It was well packaged, and the prices were great. The website is user-friendly too. I'm genuinely very impressed.
