Faulty parts (BMW emblems) reported in December 2025.Replacement promised on 18th December 2025.It is now February 2026 - still no replacements, no tracking, no resolution.Instead, I’ve had weeks of chasing, missed deadlines, and repeated “we’re checking with the team” responses.This is not complicated. The fault was acknowledged. The replacement was promised. It just hasn’t been sent.If this is the after-sales service once they have your money, you should know before ordering. Possibly the worst and most frustrating AI based customer support I've experienced.If this gets resolved, I will update this review. Right now, I am still waiting and tired of chasing for the replacement parts.
