Ordered the yellow drls for my 2025 m340i and loved them. Looked at lots of videos looking at where to buy and Openthrottle was the 100% the option considering I wanted the heatsinks and a reliable company which made the install very easy and headache free. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to have a great and easy install!
Like others I didn’t realise they were Australian based but it made no difference to the experience and my package arrived quickly.
I ordered door lights for my Z4 G29 and they are amazing quality and brightness. Love them.
Nice of them to include a key fob and some valve caps as a freebie.
I’ll be ordering more items in the near future and I’m sure they will be top quality.
Even though the lights didn’t fit at first they had great customer service and sent me new replacements in just a few days and they responded fast to the emails and even before that when i first ordered i actually ordered the wrong door light they switched it for me immediately to the m3 comp lights and they look amazing
I ordered an oil cooler guard for my G80 M3. They sent me an order confirmation, stating that it would take 2 days to manufacture, and 5 days for shipping. I waited for 2 weeks, with no communication from the company. Their website said the order hadn't even been shipped, so I wrote them and cancelled my order and asked for a refund (there is no phone number to speak to anyone). They refused to give me a refund, so I had my bank issue a chargeback. They then rushed and sent my order out (after I asked them to cancel it). When I reminded them that I cancelled the order, they told me I would have to pay for return shipping - hoping that this would avoid them losing the sale.
First time ive installed door lights on any of my cars and I must say the quality of the products from this company is really good. They sent me all the tools I needed for the job and a step by step installation guide, which was simple to follow for someone doing it the first time. Will definitely purchase more products from them when looking to do more customizations to my car.
I'd like to give 4.5 stars but now thinking maybe 5. I'm only holding off as only fitted today and first impressions very happy. It just makes me want to open my doors more than I need to. Very bright and clear. I'm just thinking longevity and hopeful. I have communicated with them a few times and must be honest this company seem to be customer focused. I have no fault with communications.My only literally only doubt, well not doubt but thought is I was convinced I was buying from a UK company as website ended in .co I didn't go past this. When I researched I found it to be Colombia but says Australian company sent from china. On saying all this all things considered these have been spot on. Also, some free gifts although I'll not use one of them. All good just my choice.I love the effect of these puddle lights.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Horrible company since they use a permanent discount at the top of their website. The products they sell seem to be decent quality but doesn’t amount to their scam refund/return policy. I highly suggest reviewing these policies since if you don’t have UK consumer rights like me, since if you bought anything on a discount (everything permanently is on a discount) then you can’t get a refund. This is one of many weird scam policies so avoid this company at all costs.
Faulty parts (BMW emblems) reported in December 2025.Replacement promised on 18th December 2025.It is now February 2026 - still no replacements, no tracking, no resolution.Instead, I’ve had weeks of chasing, missed deadlines, and repeated “we’re checking with the team” responses.This is not complicated. The fault was acknowledged. The replacement was promised. It just hasn’t been sent.If this is the after-sales service once they have your money, you should know before ordering. Possibly the worst and most frustrating AI based customer support I've experienced.If this gets resolved, I will update this review. Right now, I am still waiting and tired of chasing for the replacement parts.
Recently bought some floodlights for my M4 Competition and they’re by far the the best quality I’ve seen around, incredibly easy to fit, tool supplied for removal of the stock lights and all. The lights a super bright and crystal clear, would definitely recommend these guys, speedy delivery and top quality
