Ordered bed and mattress. Told Lisa about my conditions and assumed she wd choose mattress to suit me. On arrival tried bed though struggled to sleep in it more than a few hours and not every night. Looked online and was shocked that the mattress I was given was the only one at that price. All others were £500+ more. I was thinking of keeping the bed as I liked it and returning the mattress however on going to a bed company they advised that the Opera diouble bed is a double width but a king size in length and therefore if I ordered a mattress it would have to be made to measure. So I decided to ask them to collect the bed and mattress and have a refund. I was told their policy is 10 working days. I asked them to return the bed last Wednesday. It now Tuesday and still no one has been in touch to arrange a collection date. It really is getting ridiculous now. It shouldn’t take this length of time to tell a customer when they will collect and return the goods. They have £3000 of my money which they won’t return until they have the bed and mattress back but they won’t arrange a date to collect it. My advice if anyone is thinking of buying a bed from Opera is think again.
