I signed up to test Opinly, but this has turned into a very frustrating experience.I have tried multiple times to contact them via support email, but the support email does not work. I have also tried reaching out through their chat support, without receiving any response.In addition, I attempted to cancel my subscription directly through their website, but the cancellation process does not work.What was meant to be a simple test of the platform has resulted in my card being charged over 500 EUR, despite my clear intention not to continue with a paid subscription.This experience feels misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly caution others before signing up
