If I could do 0 stars I would. They have no customer service access. You call & they say they have a high call volume and disconnect you. They have everything electronic, so no more paper notification of pension changes, but this is very hard for many of the people getting this benefit. They have to have someone help them & it isn't an easy system to work in. Email they sent was never received. Definitely a horrible process to help their employees after they retire. Most unfriendly/difficult process I've ever used. They either need to disconnect the customer service phone or get more reps to take care of the people who helped them stay in business
