Opodo Prime is a SCAM. I would warn anyone from signing up. They offered me a free trial, and when I signed up, they said I've already had a trial and charged me £99. I never tried to get this trial, they offered it to me, and tricked me. When asking to cancel, they refused to send me any email comms, they said they would refund me, but wouldn't put anything in writing. After weeks of no refund I opened a case through my bank, and only then do I get the very first email from them, saying they would no longer refund me. Compare this to Amazon who have cares about their customers, this company is dodgy and will do anything to take your money, and you will never see it again.
I'm pretty sure it's illegal to proactively offer someone a free trial (I was logged in, so they knew who I was), and then penalise them for accepting it. Trading Standards would have a field day with this company.
